IEDO is an international non-profit association, created in France in 2018, by first responders for first responders, this community brings together all drone and robotics specialists dedicated to protection and rescue. The association's objectives are to promote life-saving robotics and drones, support knowledge exchange at international and national level, and develop training initiatives.

IEDO's philosophy is one of collective sharing and collaborative work, with a strong ethic of neutrality towards commercial interests, politics, economics, religions and ideologies.
