The International Emergency Drone Organization (IEDO) is launching a call for applications to recruit 2 Deputy heads for key commissions and international partnerships. These are volunteer leadership roles for motivated professionals ready to engage in the development of international standards and best practices for emergency drone use. But also work groups contributor positions are open in technical fields.
This person will:
Assist in the head into the coordination and strategic direction of the commission’s activities
Coordinate working groups on police drone techniques, including VTOL surveillance, tactical deployments, indoor flight (CQB), and cross-border operations
Liaison with the partner IPA – International Police Association
Strong professional background in emergency services (police, fire, or rescue)
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Availability and willingness to volunteer time on a regular basis
Familiarity with drone operations in public safety contexts
This person will:
Collaborate in 1 working group on police drone techniques (VTOL surveillance, tactical deployments, indoor flight (CQB), and cross-border operations)
Strong professional background in emergency services (police, fire, or rescue)
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Availability and willingness to volunteer time on a regular basis
Familiarity with drone operations in public safety contexts
This person will:

Liaison with the partner CTIF – International Association of Fire and Rescue Services

Familiarity with drone operations in public safety contexts
This person will:
Collaborate in 1 working group on fire drone techniques (Best Practices, EU legislation, Wildfire, flood and robotics)
Strong professional background in emergency services (police, fire, or rescue)
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Availability and willingness to volunteer time on a regular basis
Familiarity with drone operations in public safety contexts
